Triaging incidents in the office

Use the Incidents page to filter, review, and action incidents raised across your jobs.

Updated 12 July 2026 · 2 min read

The office needs to see incidents as they come in and work through them without anything slipping. The Incidents page in the web sidebar is where you do that. A new count badge tells you how many incidents are waiting on you.

The Incidents page

Every incident logged from the web or mobile lands here in one list. Each shows its Type, Severity, Location on the job, title, and notes, along with any photo and the job it is linked to.

Filtering what you see

To find the incidents that matter right now, filter the list:

  • By status — show New incidents that still need attention, or Actioned ones you have already dealt with.
  • By job link — show incidents that are on a job versus those raised off-job with no move attached.

Combining these lets you, for example, pull up every New incident tied to a job so you can chase them first.

Marking an incident actioned

Open the incident

From the Incidents page, open a New incident and review its details, photo, and linked job.

Deal with it

Take whatever action is needed — follow up with the crew, contact the customer, or record what happened.

Mark it Actioned

Set the incident to Actioned so it drops out of your New list and the badge count.

Incidents on a job

You do not have to work only from the central list. Open any job and the Incidents tab shows every incident scoped to that job. You can create new incidents there too, and they stay tied to that move.

Keeping the new badge at zero is a simple habit for making sure nothing raised in the field goes unseen.
