An estimate, drafted before you start
With auto-appraisal enabled, opening a job's Appraisal tab sends the booking details to AI, which selects the most suitable appraisal template and pre-fills the estimate for you to review and adjust. It's a head start on every quote — and entirely optional, with an opt-out that sends nothing to AI.
See the whole job before the truck arrives
AI analyses interior photos to detect rooms and items, then synthesises those photos with street view, satellite imagery, truck specifications and pickup/drop-off locations into a structured assessment of the job. It can also generate parking and access advice straight from street-view imagery — so crews know what they're walking into.

Every AI feature is driven by a prompt template you can edit — access advice, photo analysis, full assessment and basic estimate auto-fill — with configurable placeholder tokens for address, load description, item list, access options and preferred times.
