Cancelling your subscription
VanMan has no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Open the billing portal
Navigate to SettingsBilling and click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
Cancel your plan
In the billing portal, click Cancel plan. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
Confirm
Click Confirm cancellation. Your subscription is cancelled but you retain full access to VanMan until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your jobs, customers, invoices, and messages are preserved. If you resubscribe later, everything will be exactly as you left it.
After cancellation
Once the current billing period ends, your account is paused. Team members will no longer be able to log in until the subscription is reactivated. To resume, return to SettingsBilling and resubscribe.
If you are cancelling due to a seasonal slowdown, remember that you can reactivate at any time. Your data is kept safe so you can pick up right where you left off when business picks up again.
