Understanding your free trial

Every VanMan account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all features with no restrictions and no credit card required.

What is included

Your free trial includes everything in the VanMan plan:

  • Unlimited jobs and contacts
  • Unlimited users
  • Calendar and scheduling
  • Online booking form
  • Customer SMS and email
  • Team chat
  • Mobile app for iOS and Android
  • Xero integration

No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore every feature without entering any payment details.

What happens when the trial ends

At the end of 14 days, your account is paused if no payment method has been added. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted. To resume using VanMan, add a payment method from SettingsBilling and your account is reactivated immediately.

Add a payment method before the trial ends

Navigate to SettingsBilling and click Manage billing. Add a credit card to ensure a seamless transition from trial to paid subscription.

Continue uninterrupted

If a payment method is on file when the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically with no downtime. You are billed at the start of your first paid period.

Add your payment method early in the trial so you do not forget. You will not be charged until the 14-day trial period ends.
