Updating your payment method
You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal. This is useful when your card expires, you want to switch to a different card, or you need to add a payment method after your free trial.
Open the billing portal
Navigate to SettingsBilling and click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
Update your payment method
In the billing portal, find the Payment method section and click Update. Enter your new card details — card number, expiry date, and CVC.
Save the new card
Click Save to confirm. Your new card is stored securely and will be used for all future billing charges. The old card is removed automatically.
VanMan accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you need to pay by bank transfer, contact support to arrange invoice-based billing.
If your card on file expires or is declined, VanMan will retry the payment and send you a notification. Update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption to your service.
