Assigning multiple trucks to a job
Put more than one truck on a job, assign crew per truck, and set individual start and finish times.
Big moves often need more than one truck. VanMan lets you assign multiple trucks to a single job, rather than being limited to one, so a larger job can be crewed and scheduled properly.
When you convert a booking to a job, you can select multiple trucks for the job at that point, rather than picking just one.
Each assigned truck shows as a coloured badge on the calendar and on mobile job cards, so your crew can see every truck on the job at a glance.
You can assign crew members to specific trucks, so everyone knows which truck they are riding with on the day.
Each truck can have its own start and finish time override on the job, which is useful when trucks arrive or leave at different times.
The job's Activity tab logs when trucks are added or removed, so you have a clear record of how the job's fleet changed.
Give each truck a distinct colour under your fleet settings so the badges stay easy to tell apart when a job has several trucks.
