Viewing live truck locations
The live map shows the real-time GPS position of every truck with the VanMan mobile app running. Use it to see where your fleet is, check on progress, and coordinate your operation.
Open the live map
Navigate to TrucksLive Map. The map loads showing all trucks that are currently sharing their location.
View truck positions
Each truck appears as a colour-coded marker on the map. The marker colour matches the truck's colour from your fleet settings. Hover over a marker to see the truck name, driver, speed, and last updated time.
Zoom and navigate
Use the map controls to zoom in on specific areas. The map automatically centres on your fleet. If a truck is moving, the marker updates its position in real time without needing to refresh the page.
Trucks only appear on the live map when the driver has the VanMan mobile app open and location permissions granted. If a truck is not visible, the driver may have closed the app or disabled location services.
Use the live map alongside the Day Plan for a complete operational view. The Day Plan adds job routes and calendar context to the live truck positions.
