Connecting Outlook
Connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account to VanMan and emails mentioning job numbers will be automatically captured against the right job — just like the Gmail integration.
Open integration settings
Navigate to SettingsIntegrations. Find the Outlook card.
Start the connection
Click the Connect button. VanMan will redirect you to Microsoft's sign-in page where you can choose which account to connect.
Authorise VanMan
Microsoft will ask you to grant VanMan permission to read and send emails. Review the permissions and click Accept. VanMan needs these permissions to capture emails and enable replies from within the app.
VanMan only processes emails that contain job numbers. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely.
Confirm the connection
You will be redirected back to VanMan. The Outlook card will show your connected email address and a green status indicator. Email capture begins immediately.
To disconnect Outlook, click the Disconnect button on the Outlook card. Previously captured emails remain on their jobs.
The Outlook integration works identically to Gmail. Emails are matched by job number, attachments are stored, and you can reply from inside VanMan.
