Setting up your online booking form
VanMan includes a multi-step online booking form that customers can use to submit moving enquiries directly from your website. The form collects move details, addresses, dates, and customer contact information, and sends them to your VanMan dashboard as new enquiries.
Enable the booking form
Navigate to SettingsBooking Form and toggle the form to Active. This makes the form available for embedding on your website or sharing as a direct link.
Configure form fields
Review the default fields and enable or disable any optional fields you want customers to fill in. The form always collects the customer's name, email, phone number, and move addresses. Optional fields can include move date preferences, inventory details, and additional notes.
Set up notifications
Ensure your notification email address is correct so you receive an alert each time a new enquiry is submitted. VanMan sends an email notification immediately when a booking request arrives.
Test the form
Click Preview to open the booking form in a new tab. Submit a test enquiry to verify that it appears in your Bookings dashboard and that you receive the email notification.
The booking form includes Cloudflare Turnstile protection to prevent spam submissions. Legitimate customers complete the form as normal while automated bots are blocked.
