Adding notes and photos to a job

Notes and photos help you keep important information attached to each job. Use notes for special instructions and photos to document the condition of items or access requirements.

Adding notes

Open the job

Navigate to the job from the calendar or jobs list and open the job detail panel.

Enter your notes

Scroll to the Notes section and type your instructions or information. Notes are free-text and can include details like access codes, parking instructions, fragile items, or anything your crew needs to know on the day.

Save

Click Save job to store the notes. They are visible to all operators and to drivers viewing the job on the mobile app.

Adding photos

Photos can be attached to a job from the mobile app. Drivers and operators can take photos directly from their phone and attach them to the job for documentation purposes.

Ask your crew to photograph the condition of items before loading. This creates a record that can be referenced if a damage claim arises after the move.

All photos attached to a job are stored in the job detail panel and are accessible to everyone on your team. They remain attached to the job permanently as part of the job's record.
