Adding stops to a job
Some moves involve more than one pickup or delivery location. VanMan lets you add additional stops to any job so your crew has a clear itinerary for the day.
Open the job for editing
Navigate to the job and click Edit to open the editing form. Scroll to the address section where the pickup and delivery addresses are listed.
Add a stop
Click Add stop beneath the existing address fields. A new address field appears where you can enter the additional location. Use the Google Maps autocomplete to select a verified address.
Reorder stops if needed
Stops are visited in the order they appear on the job. Drag stops to rearrange them into the correct sequence for your crew's route.
Save the job
Click Save job to confirm the updated itinerary. Your crew will see all stops in order when they view the job on the mobile app.
Each stop uses Google Maps autocomplete for address entry, which ensures accurate geocoding. Your drivers can tap any address on the mobile app to open turn-by-turn navigation directly to that location.
Add notes to the job to give your crew context about each stop — for example, "Second stop is storage unit, customer will meet at gate."
