Searching and filtering jobs

As your job count grows, search and filters help you find specific jobs quickly without scrolling through long lists.

Searching for a job

Use the search bar at the top of the jobs list to find jobs by customer name or address. Start typing and results appear instantly as you type. The search matches against the customer's name, phone number, pickup address, and delivery address.

Filtering jobs

Click the filter controls above the jobs list to narrow results by:

  • Status — show only jobs at a particular stage such as Confirmed, Completed, or Invoiced.
  • Date range — display jobs within a specific period, such as this week or last month.
  • Truck — see only jobs assigned to a particular truck.

Combine multiple filters to get precise results. For example, filter by Completed status and this week to find all jobs that need invoicing before the weekend.

Clearing filters

Click Clear filters to reset all active filters and return to the full jobs list. The search bar and filters operate independently, so clearing filters does not clear your search text and vice versa.

Filter settings are not saved between sessions. Each time you visit the jobs list, it opens with no filters applied so you see all jobs by default.
