Understanding truck colour lanes
Each truck in your fleet is assigned a unique colour. On the calendar, every truck appears as its own horizontal lane, and jobs within that lane are displayed in the truck's colour. This makes it easy to see which truck is doing what without reading every label.
How lanes are organised
Trucks are listed vertically on the left side of the calendar. Each row represents one truck and spans the full week. Jobs appear as coloured blocks within the row, positioned at the correct day and time. The block colour always matches the truck so you can quickly scan the calendar and identify capacity at a glance.
Choose contrasting colours for your trucks so they are easy to distinguish on the calendar. You can change a truck's colour at any time from SettingsTrucks without affecting existing jobs.
Reading the lanes
A full lane means the truck is busy for most of the week. Gaps between job blocks represent available time slots where you can schedule additional jobs. If two blocks overlap or sit back-to-back with no gap, the truck may be overcommitted for that day.
Changing truck colours
Navigate to SettingsTrucks and click the truck you want to update. Select a new colour from the preset palette or enter a custom hex code. The calendar updates immediately to reflect the new colour across all existing and future jobs for that truck.
