Downloading and signing in to the app
The VanMan mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It gives drivers, operators, and admins access to jobs, the calendar, payments, and team chat from their phone.
Download the app
Open the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android and search for "VanMan". Tap Install to download the app to your device.
You can also find download links from within VanMan by navigating to SettingsMobile App where QR codes and direct links to both app stores are provided. Share these with your team to speed up onboarding.
Open the app
Once installed, tap the VanMan icon on your home screen to launch the app.
Sign in
Enter the email address and password you use for your VanMan account. If your admin invited you via email, use the credentials from your invitation. Tap Sign in to access the app.
Allow notifications
When prompted, allow push notifications so you receive alerts for new messages, job updates, and schedule changes. You can adjust notification settings later in your device's settings.
The mobile app syncs with the web app in real time. Any jobs, messages, or schedule changes made on the web are immediately visible on mobile, and vice versa.
