The driver day view
The driver day view is the main screen drivers see when they open the VanMan mobile app. It shows all jobs assigned to them for the current day in a clean, simple list.
What you see
Each job card displays:
- Customer name — who you are moving
- Pickup and delivery addresses — where to go
- Scheduled time — when the job starts
- Job status — current stage (Confirmed, In Progress, etc.)
Jobs are listed in time order so you always know what is coming next.
Quick actions
Tap any job card to access quick actions:
- Tap the phone number to call the customer directly.
- Tap an address to open Google Maps with turn-by-turn navigation to the location.
- Tap Start to begin the time tracker when you arrive on-site.
Check the day view first thing in the morning to see your full schedule. If any details look wrong — for example, an incorrect address or time — contact your operator before heading out.
The day view updates in real time. If your operator reschedules a job or assigns a new one to your truck, it appears on your screen immediately without needing to refresh.
